Who we are

This website is run by Redue (“Redue”, “we”), a new business based in the UK. Redue isn’t registered as a company yet; we’ll add our company details here when it is. We’re responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@redue.io.

What we collect

When you request an audit or join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form:

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we don’t store your IP address. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

Purpose Lawful basis
Replying to your audit request or waitlist sign-up, and arranging your audit Legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and taking steps at your request before any contract
Deciding which requests to follow up first Legitimate interests
Sending occasional updates about Redue’s launch, if you ticked the box Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time

We never sell your details, and we don’t use them for automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the website and reply to you: Cloudflare (website hosting and the database that stores form submissions) and our email provider. They act on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where that happens, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we’ll tell you how we handle your data at that point. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent to updates at any time by replying to any update or emailing us. To do any of this, email hello@redue.io.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
